NYDR RF Capacitor Switch Working Principle

NYDR capacitance level switch is a highly intelligent level measurement product, which overcomes the inconvenience caused to customers by low alarm accuracy and complicated adjustment steps in previous measurement methods. The RF capacitance switch is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, mechanical, food and foodstuff industries.
NYDR capacitance level switch adopts advanced digital intelligent compensation technology to convert the level change quantity in the vessel into capacitance change quantity. Inside the probe electrode There are two pole plates, the change of medium changes the dielectric constant between the electrodes, so as to get the change of electric capacity, and the electric capacity is converted into pulse digital signal by electronic plug-in, and the design of alarm point and the realization of alarm action are done by microprocessor.
