Overview

NY400Q series gas turbine flowmeter is a temperature, pressure,flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer developed by itself, which has absorbed the advanced technology of flow instruments at home and abroad, and has been optimized and designed. An integrated new generation of high-precision, high-reliability gas precision measuring instruments, with excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, multiple signal output methods and

low sensitivity to fluid disturbances, widely used in natural gas, coal-to-gas, liquefied gas ,measurement of light hydrocarbon gas and other gases.

This product has been approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department according to GB3836.2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment

Part1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment

Part 2: Flameproof "d" " and GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 4: Intrinsically Safe Type "i"" has passed the standard inspection, and the explosion-proof marks are ExdⅡBT6 (flameproof type), ExiaⅡCT6 (intrinsically safe type). 3. Working principle

When the fluid flows into the flow meter, it is rectified and accelerated under the action of

the special integrated rectifier at the air inlet. Since the turbine blades form a certain angle with the

fluid flow direction, the turbine generates a rotating torque at this time. After overcoming the

friction torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine Start spinning. In a certain flow range, the

angular velocity of the turbine rotation is proportional to the fluid volume flow. According to the

principle of electromagnetic induction, a pulse signal proportional to the fluid volume flow is

induced from the coaxially rotating signal wheel by a magnetic sensor. The signal is amplified,filtered and shaped into the intelligent flow calculation together with the temperature and pressure

sensor signals The micro-processing unit of the instrument performs arithmetic processing, and

directly displays the volume flow and total amount of gas on the LCD screen.
